2017 USPS Postage Increase

On January 22, 2017 USPS postage rates will go into effect, but the good news is that the increases in mail classes used most by fundraising organizations are nominal. For marketing mail, there’s an average 2.3% increase (letters +2.0% and flats +2.5%). Those who tend to mail at First Class rates will also see a slight increase. The price of First Class stamps will rise from $0.47 to $0.49, and metered mail dropping from $0.465 to $0.46. Click here to view all rate increases.
